TVL STUDENTS TO THEIR ACADEMIC

Absenteeism is the absence of the students


from class when he is expected to be present at
school.

It includes
Lack of interest
Disease
Laziness and
Lack of financial
 Rationale

 The Manukan National High School significantly


alleviates the incidence of absenteeism. As the
higher motivational factor increases, the number of
absences decreases in school.

 Motivation is the most important factor regarding


absenteeism reduction.

 The absenteeism gap decreases with higher levels of


motivation that leads them to study hard.

Findings of the study

Students self – esteem

Self – esteem ( self – valuing of the importance of


education ) determines how much he/she valuing
his/her studies.
CONCLUSION

Self – esteem determines how much he/she valuing


his/her studies due to motivations.

Secondary education of students absenteeism


enhances the prospect of alleviating their grades and
academic performance from the clutches of absences
by creating a more positive school culture, we help
save the students from the clutches of absences and
hopelessness.
