GUIDELINES FOR EMPLOYEE REFERRAL

 The person referring must be a permanent employee of the

organization
 Maximum 3 referrals in a year can be provided
 If the referred employee stays for 3 months the person
who has referred the employee will receive a bonus
 Employee should mention their name and code while
referring the candidate
 No special advantage will be given to the referred
candidate
 The referral candidate will be informed only once the
referred candidate is selected
