Nation (ASEAN) Summit

The ASEAN Summit is a
semiannual meeting held by the
members of the Association of
Southeast Asian Nations in relation
to economic ,and cultural
development of Southeast Asian
countries.
The ASEAN is a regional
intergovernmental organization
comprising 10 southeast Asian
states which promotes Pan-
Asianism and intergovernmental
cooperation and facilitates
economic,political,military ,educa
tional and cultural integration

•Vietnam
 Its principal aims include
accelerating economic
growth,social progress and
social cultural evolution
among it's members.
Along side the protection
of regional stability and the
provision of a mechanism
for member countries to
resolve differences
peacefully.
 The Philippines will host
various ASEAN activities
and meetings,which are
schedule to take place from
November 10 -14 in Clark
Pampanga.
US President Donald
Trump is also set to
attend the Summit in
Manila and meet with
President Rodrigo
 Almost 60,000 personnel
from different government
agencies will be sent off to
deployment sunday in time for
the launch of the Association
of SouthEast Asian Nations
(ASEAN)summit and related
 MANILA (Updated)-
mayors from Metro Manila
have agreed to
suspended classes in all
levels on November 16
and 17 to the 31st ASEAN
•The PNP Chief also
said ,there was no thruth
to social media posts
urging the public to avoid
malls during the ASEAN
Summit week.
