 For more than 2,300 B-schools that met the
qualification criteria were informed to
participate in this survey.
 Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are used to
measure performance in a specific area.
 It is used to track performance of a strategic
goal, objective, plan, initiative, or business
process of B-Schools.

 Economic & Technological environment
 Economic & Competitive outcomes
 Stability of the school’s strategy & Operations
 Gap in quality of education between the top &
bottom institute is increasing.
 IIMs & ISB have consistently done well on global
and Indian rankings, and the competition is
increasing due to this for other B-Schools.
 50% of the students in the approved colleges
could not get campus placements as per AICTE.
 A 2016 survey revealed only 7% of MBA
graduates from Indian B-Schools, apart from the
top 20,get a job straight after completing their
course.
 Students spend 2 crucial years of their life
and investing several lakhs as course fees,
most of the successful students do not get
salaries.
 MBA or PGDMs have no value of their own. It
is the name of the degree/diploma-awarding
institute that matters.
 B-school ranking is based on calibrated
performance indicators to provide the most
comprehensive and balanced comparison,
which is trusted by students, academia,
education leaders, industry and Government.
