GPTW Frame work
GPTW institute’s annual research was based on data representing more than 10 million employees
in 50 countries, representing about 6000 organization
GPTW studied two aspects of organization:
Employee centric framework that measured the levels of trust, pride and camaraderie
Cultural audit designed to understand the people practices, philosophy and values through an elaborate
questionnaire
In 2017, they listed 100 best places to work, and ranked Insite India number one among them

Plan of action to stay on top..
In past 10 years, Insite had grown ten-fold to become a company of 900 people. So to maintain the top spot the
following should be implemented:
• Integrity - Each employee has to have strong moral principles and be honest at all times.
• Accountability. - Apart from the High Performance System (HPS), which was an excellent initiative for
performance Management, the company should also adopt policies which enhance the trait of accountability
bin every employee.
• Perseverance - The ability to keep the fire burning till success has arrived is something that helps organizations
the most in the process of growing all throughout. This can be done through introducing more rewards and
recognition which might involve the employees' families as well.
• Innovation - It is the most significant aspect that needs to taken care most precisely. Innovating with changing times is the
key to success for any organization
