destruction, modification, disclosure or any sorts of

It can be used with many techniques of digital world.
It could be physical security, logical control and
organizational standards.
These techniques limit access to unauthorized users and
systems.
why is Data Almost all businesses use data security to a great degree.
For example, banking companies contain massive

Security amounts of personal and financial data. Data breaches

may result in litigation cases or enormous fines and this

important? could do a great deal of damage to a company’s

reputation.
We store information like passwords and our computer
with the trust that it is safe, and kept away from users
with bad intentions.
If our data is not safeguarded, our accounts could be
taken over and used for bad actions such as spreading
viruses, and the blame would go on us.

There are four main different technologies by which we can
safeguard our information.

1. Data Encryption
data encryption adds a code to every individual piece of data and
will not grant access to those who cannot enter the code.

Technologies Sometimes, an alarm goes off when a certain number of wrong

attempts. It is like adding a password so no stranger can unlock your
phone.
2. Data Masking
When certain pieces of information are kept safe by keeping it in a
database for storing. This database can only be accessed by certain
people.
3. Data Erasure
When data is no longer active or useful to the user, it is erased from
all systems. This process means that the information will be
permanently removed from all systems .
4. Data Resilience
When you create backup copies of data organizations can recover
data if it is accidentally or intentionally erased, corrupted or stolen.
