 Respected Teacher .
 Here I am going to present information on Al-Nisr construction company.
 About Schlumberger
 Al- Nisr Company for Contracting and Reconstruction based in Tripoli
Libya. Working since 2000.
the hierarchy of Al-Nisr company and who
makes the decision ?
 it has Four members of the Executive Board: Chairman
and Chief Executive Officer , and President of company
passengers , Manager Financial Officer and a constable
and human resources of the company .
 Executive Management
 Al-Nisr has principal offices in Tripoli, from which the
executive management team directs all Al-Nisr
operations throughout the Libya.
The management of the company
 Al-Nisr Limited company :
the Chief Executive Officer who’s the only responsible of
making the decision that’s related to the company , then it
comes Executive VP and Chief Financial Officer which is
Executive VP Technology Executive VP Corporate
Development & Communication which is Vice President
Human Resources and Secretary and General Counsel ,
Vice President Gov & Community Relations .
This management who make the decision in the
company and search weather the decision could
benefit the company or not , but at the end of the day
the last decision will be taken by the chief executive
officerof Al-Nisr company.
How the company make a profit ?
 The company depends on its constructions
services and its products for the clients ,
which means the only goal of the
management of the company is how to
reach what the company aiming for and
how it would be successful . This could be
by the quality of the services and product
which the company has to provide products
with good quality for the customers for
construction and reconstruction projects.
 Also the services that the company provide
for its consumers .
 Make the employee of the company
satisfied about their job in the company
which will motivate them to work hard and
make the company on the top among the
other competitors . All those elements make
the company gain more customers .
 Contracting with other companies ,which it
would expand the company’s business .
 When the company become a huge
company in the market this will make it
easier to it to sign a contract with another
companies and implement another projects
.

the company is doing well. So in future we
hope that Al-Nisr Company will generate
more profits for the shareholders
