Values are basic and fundamental beliefs that guide

or motivate attitudes or actions.


Values in a narrow sense is that which is good, desirable,
or worthwhile.
Values are essential to ethics.
Value specifies a relationship between a person and a goal.
A value must be chosen freely.
A value is always chosen from among alternatives.
A value results from a choice made after thoughtful
consideration of choices.
When you value something, it has a positive quality for you.
You are willing to publicly stand by your values.
When you have a value, it shows up in every aspect of your
life.
Values show up again and again in your actions.

• minimum of 5 sentences, maximum of 10 sentences
• your answer should have a main idea with the supporting details (examples)

• Grammar and Choice of words – 3 pts
