 ELIGIBILITY

• 2-3 years experience in the broking business,

either as a sub/main broker, or as an employee of
a main/sub broker.
• Market knowledge - A business broker generally
focuses on a select market.
• Your age at the time of application should be
minimum 21 years.
• A good track record in financial services or any
other business with a good client base.
 REGISTRATION
• Application form for Registration with SEBI – ‘Form
B’
• Copy of Agreement between trading member and sub-
broker on stamp paper as per Ref. No. NSE/INSP/5387,
Dt.27-AUG-2004
• Reference letter on a letterhead of the bank, account
number with account opening date issued for applicant
sub-broker addressing to NSE.
• Reference letter on the letter head of
CA/CS/LAWYER. Membership number of
recommending CA/CS should be quoted, addressed to
NSE.
 INFRASTURUCTURE
• Location: Haldwani Uttrakhand
• Office space of approximately 500 – 1000 sq
feet, preferably in a prime location of your
city/ town.
• Workstation (computer/Laptop) with high
speed internet connectivity, required to set up a
trading terminal and back office systems.
• A minimum cash deposit of Rs. 3 Lakhs.
