• Easily stored and transferred
• Compresses to a smaller file size
• No need for costly conversion software
• Requires a PDF reader but Adobe Acrobat

How to convert files to PDF
1. Download and install Primo PDF
(www.primopdf.com)
2. Open the file you want to save as PDF.
3. Click the Print button.

4. On the
Print
dialogue
box,
change the
printer to
PrimoPDF.
And then
click OK.

5. When the
dialogue
box
appears,
select the
prepress
button.

6. In the
Save As
line,
indicate
where
you
want to
save
the PDF
file.

7. Click OK and then wait for the new
PDF file to appear on your screen.
