 The Hospital Management System (HMS) is designed for Any


Hospital to replace their existing manual, paper based system. This
System targets to provide complete solution for Hospital and Health
care services.

 This System can be used in any Hospital, Clinic, Diagnostics or


Pathology labs for maintaining patient details and their test results.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
 Hospital Management System is set to be flexible and is
pointed towards the ease of use and is designed in a way to
deliver real imaginable benefits to hospitals.

 It is designed to provide a wide range of hospital


administration and management processes.

 Hospital Management System enables you to manage the


strategic processes professionally and critically to the success
of the hospital.

SCOPE OF THE PROJECT?
 Data about Patients is finished by simply composing the Patients name, age and
sexual

orientation. At whatever point the Patient comes up his data is put away crisply.

 Bills are produced by chronicle cost for every facility given to patient on a different
sheet

 and at the end they all are summed up.

 Patients Diagnosis data is for the most part recorded in a report, which contains
considerate data. It is damaged after some time and age to diminish the paper stack in the
workplace.

 Vaccination records of children are maintained in pre-formatted sheets, which are


kept in a file.

RESULT:

 The project Hospital Management System (HMS) is for computerizing


the working in a hospital. The software takes care of all the requirements
of an average hospital and is capable to provide easy and effective storage
of information related to patients that come up to the hospital.
 It generates test reports; provide prescription details including various
tests and medicines prescribed to patient and doctor. It also provides
billing facility on the basis of patient’s status whether it is an indoor or
outdoor patient.
