 M4A/AAC (MPEG 4 Audio Advanced Audio Coding) - is
an audio coding standard for lossy digital audio
compression.

Microsoft and IBM audio file structure that stores
audio files from the computer.
 WMA(Windows Media Audio) - is a file extension that
has audio format and audio code used with Windows

• Sound Effects - are sounds other than dialogue or
music.
• Music - can be taken from vocal or instrumental sounds
to create harmony.

features.
• Pace - gives time management, ability to edit, and
provide sequencing such as linear, not linear, or multi-
linear.

a. Segue takes place when one segment ends, the next section also
begins.
b. Cross-Fade takes place when one segment fades away, the next
section comes and overlaps happens along with it.
c. V-Fade takes place when the “ first element fades to anaudible
before the second element begins.”
d. Fade-to-back-V-Fade happens when there is silence between the
sections and effects.
