TARGET ATTENDEES
The activities made for this community site visit is for the youth,
specifically:
3
COMMUNITY NEED
Specific need:
1. To develop camaraderie, unity, team building; and
2. Increase social interaction among the members of the community
✘ Our group has observed that there are a lot of children in the community, and we know, at such a
young age, how important it is for them to develop skills such as communication and team
building skills in order to create a deeper and more connected relationship among the other
children.
✘ This will also enable them to meet new people, make new friends, and get out of their comfort
zones.
4
COMMUNITY NEED
We will be addressing those needs through TEAM BUILDING GAMES
In collaboration with other groups, our segment will serve as the “ice breaker” or
“intermission” to get the kids to stay interested.

WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED?
● Our big group was divided and the target audience was also divided
into 2.
● Instead of senior high students, our audience were kids ages below
13 years old.
● Some of the senior high students were not available that is why
there are only few than we expected who participated in our
program.
● The sequence of our game was successfully followed though.

LEARNINGS AND TAKEAWAYS
- It’s important to cooperate and communicate with our team
members
- Be on the same page as everyone else in order to execute the
project smoothly
- There will always be mishaps and unexpected events, but we should
always be prepared to follow through with our plans
- Have a backup plan in case our original plans do not go as expected
10
Recommendations
- More meetings with COSCA and the partner community prior to the
service learning
- Weekly meetings with the group for updates and insights on how to
make the activity smooth flowing
- The partner community could have been informed ahead of time so
that the participants will be ready
- Have a program flow that will be strictly followed (during the SL
visits)
