good people are raised, and so they will further

together, making bonds between different classes,

of things to help unite local communities and
to assist homeless and poor people.

what is the purpose of forming
partnership?
The purpose of partnership agreement is to establish
a business enterprise through a legally binding
contract between two or more other legal entities

The purpose of partnership agreement (or

partnership contract) is to establish a business
enterprise through a legally binding contract between
two or more individuals or other legal entities. This
partnership agreement designates the rights and
responsibilities of each partner or entity involved.
Types of Partnerships

There are a few different types of

partnerships, the most common of which is a
partnership between individuals. A
partnership may also be made up of other
types of legal entities, such as corporations
or LLCs.
The partnership agreement includes the following elements:

• Names and contact information of each individual partner

• Purpose of the partnership and primary place of business
• Designated terms of ownership
• Amount of capital each partner invests in the business
• Partnership shares
• Directives about the distribution of profit among partners
• Company management
• Operation details
• PARTNERSHIP APPROACH. The Child
and Family Practice Model is based on the
belief that partnerships with diverse
families, communities, and Tribes are
essential in the journey to improving
services and outcomes for children and
families.
Partnership Approach

Participation versus Partnership

With regards to community sustainability, there
are two contrasting approaches for engaging
stakeholders in successful plan implementation.
The first approach is participation, or
stakeholder consultation. This type of approach
is ideal for a municipal sustainability plan as it
relates to the normal mandate of the local
government
The second approach is through a
partnership

or collaboration. This type of approach is ideal

for a community sustainability plan. It involves
a higher degree of engagement from
numerous organizational stakeholders as the
local government collaborates with
stakeholders on joint sustainability initiatives.
Partner outcomes from joining a
community sustainability partnership

The first is improved networking within the

realm of sustainable development. Through
increased information flow and resource
sharing, organizations learn more about
sustainability, how they can be involved, and
how they can interact with other
organizations and citizens to create
progress.
The second is an improved reputation. By
taking part in sustainable initiatives,
organizations gain recognition from others in
the community and increase the reputation
of the organization. This recognition can
attract talent to the organization, open up
funding opportunities, and increase business
development/marketing opportunities.
The third is an increase in community
cohesiveness. Through improving the
organization’s links with other organizations
and into the community, relationships are
built and community pride is fostered.
The fourth is increased legitimacy for
sustainability initiatives, products, and
services. Not only will the legitimacy of
sustainability within the community rise with
increased participation, but legitimacy of
internal organization sustainability efforts will
benefit as well.
The fifth is progress towards sustainability
goals. By participating, an organization
contributes to community-wide goals that
were set out in the community sustainability
plan. In addition, working towards many of
these community sustainability initiatives will
allow the organization to achieve its own
internal sustainability goals.
The sixth incentive is cost savings from
sustainability initiatives. Many projects
undertaken to make an organization more
sustainable can also be considered
efficiency upgrades and will result in return
on investment savings. In addition, the
community can experience decreased
regulatory costs through preventative
actions.
4 Ways to Build a Successful
Partnership

• Set clear expectations. You should have a

strong connection with the business you
partner with, but hammering out the details of
that partnership has to be more technical than
emotional. ...
• Consider your partner a part of your team. ...
• Give the partnership room to grow. ...
• Make honesty and transparency your
watchwords.
