possible manner with the least waste of time.
Effective (adj.) - Adequate to accomplish a purpose;
producing the intended or expected result.
A worker may become efficient and effective in input,
process, and output (IPO) mechanisms of work expectations
through the aid of office administrations and other
personnel within an institution.
Effieciency and effectiveness should operate personally and
interpersonally.
FAITH

It is believing that positive things can come out


wherever you are in life. Learn to trust and
commit. Build relationships. Begin to accept and
believe with people that vision, mission, goals, and
values of the organization can be realized and
achieved. Socialize. Align one’s behavior with the
company's direction. Recognize institutional
cultureand norms. Follow codes of communication.
Express. Talk.
Goodness

Do not think that you are superior to others.


Although you should recognize the
organizational structure of the company, strive
to build goodwill with everyone. Nurture
friendships. Wear smiles. Give people the right
information. Volunteer for community services.
Initiate support. Help.
Knowledge

Develop the truth into a habit: know what is


important to know; understand what is meant by
the information, and decide what to do with the
data. Observe company protocol; read company
manuals and policies. Attend seminars, training,
and conferences for trends and new information.
Update your level of expertise, education and
experience. Promote your department with
researches and innovations. Give credit where
credit is due.
Self-control

Learn the principle of acclimatization (ad-justing


to gradual changes in the environment),
adaptation(surviving and multiplying even in an
adverse environmentand adjustment (maintaining
balance and order betweenneeds and obstacles in
the workplace. We shouldunderstand that the
workplace has a different weather at agiven time
depending on work demands. Get up and getgoing
even in "bad weather." Manage your anger.
Loweryour tone of voice. Excuse oneself for a
Perseverance

Keep planning. Focus on the future. Pursue long-


term goals. Aspire for lifelong learning. Be
consistent with faith, goodness, knowledge, and
self-control. Seek perfection. Allow yourself to be
evaluated and receive feedback and criticism well.
Always observe standards,rules, and regulations. In
some cases, learn from your mistakes. Trials will
help you mature. Don't give up.
Godliness

Bear God's image always. As we are created in


God's likeness, we can think and dream, to love
and forgive, to invent new things, to sustain
things, to resolve conflicts, and to be agents of
change, to bring into completion things we have
started. Do your role and responsibilities right and
well. Post them on your reminders. Show
sensitivity. Don't gossip.
Brotherly Kindness

Value people and build relationships into your


structure because it is right. List and implement a
goal setting strategy for your various relationships:
learn to use things and love people. Family,
friends, people, and relationships are what counts
for real rewards in life. You can compromise.
Schedule a get-together. Keep in touch. Make a
phone book.
Love

Love the opportunity of work, but zero in on caring


for people. Resolve conflicts. Persuade. Persist.
Creation of multiplication and surplus rely on a
symbiotic relationship(mutual relationship) and
synergy (cooperative action). Be a team player. Be
loyal. Commit.
