Benesphera Electrolyte Analyzer

Troubleshooting During Installation

Main problem occur during installation
of new analyzer

• Liquid not detected

• Air bubbles

Problem Error Solution

To identify this issue

we have to check We need to clean the seals of
the flow path of the the solution packs manually.
reagent pack.
Reagent Flow issue: Means
Reagent is not coming out from
the path properly
If any bubble is
coming out from
the reagent pack Replace the reagent pack.

issue
Liquid Not Detected

Issue in seals of electrode

• Error : Electrodes seals missed in between

the electrodes.

• Solution: Check the seals between the

electrodes.
Liquid Not Detected

Error : Bubble detector unable to detect the liquid.

Bubble detector is used to check bubbles in the flow. It is very

important to check clear flow of electrolyte analyzer.

• Solution:
• Flush periodically with Daily cleaner.
• Avoid loose connections
• Insert all staged electrodes into the reference housing after
cleaning inner silicon seals individually and repeat above procedure
with air flush with 0.9 mm plain bold needle provided in the trouble
shooting kit and then connect the electrode housing in the
instrument
Air Bubbles

Showing Air Bubbles

• Error: Blockage in pinch valve

• Solution : PROCEDURE TO CLEAN VALVE TUBING:

• Valve Module consists of two valves, valve 1 and valve 2 respectively. Valve 1 is used to
separate CAL A & CAL B flow, Valve 2 is used to take Air and Valve 1 output.

• First remove CAL-A & CAL-B tubes from thermal system. Take out whole valve tubing from
valves (V1 & V2) slots. Take syringe with DI water. Flush whole tubing with DI water in
order to clear all the salt formation in flow path. Finally flush whole tubing with air and
then reinsert in respective positions at valves flow path tube slots.

• Note: Pinch valve tubing should be totally inserted in the valve towards
inner side. Partial or incomplete inserted tube can let two solutions mix
up.
