The main social targets of govt. and WHO in
coming decades should be attainment by all
citizens of the world by year 2000 of a level of
health
That will permit them to lead a socially &
economically productive life

removal of poverty, malnutrition, ignorance , disease,
unhygienic water supply & living conditions
