2- The importance of having
willpower :
• Willpower is the inner strength that enables you to make
decisions and carry them out. It gives you the strength to
take actions and perform tasks and plans, despite inner
resistance, discomfort, laziness or difficulties.

These are some situations :
• Situation n°1
• You are sitting in a bus or train and an old man or woman, or a pregnant lady walks in, in
the same time you want to set and you want to stand up to give your set , what will you
choose ?
• Situation n°2
• There are dishes in the kitchen that needs washing , and you postpone washing them for
later because you want to watch a film
• So what will you do ? What will you do first?
• Situation n°3
• You come home from work and sit in front of the T.V., because you feel too lazy and too
tired to take a shower first.
• what will you chose in this situation?
• Situation n°4
• it’s Thursday night ,you have a party in your school ,you want to party but tomorrow you
‘ll have an exam on “comptabilité analytique” ,
• what will you do ? Will you control your self and go to prepare for the exam ? Or you
will go with your friends to party?
• Situation 5
• Someone defeat you to to drink coffee whithout sugar for a whole week,
• you think you can manage on this?
