How to check your Satellite Signal?

Turn on GPS of
your Smart
Phone
(Android)
STEP 2

TAP GPS Status application

on your mobile phone to
check the availability of
satellite signal in the area.
STEP 3

Green dots indicates

satellite signal.

Error below 16 means

greater accuracy of GPS
position.
How to begin Geotagging?
STEP 1

TAP KoBoCollect
application on your
mobile phone to
open the form for
geotagging.
STEP 2

Blank Form to
open the
available
Geotagging

Type Address in the
textbox. Use the format
indicated
(Barangay, Municipality,
Province)

Type the Complete
Name/Title of the
Proposed Project in the
textbox.

Tap Record Location to
get the GPS location

Wait for a moment

until the device
captured the accurate
location.

while loading the
location.

You can tap Record

location if the accuracy
is less than 16m.

When you tap Record
location. The GPS
location will be
captured as seen in the
image aside.

Swipe forward to
proceed.

Tap Take Picture to
capture the updated
Photo of the proposed
project location.

After taking picture, it
will be captured as
seen in the image
aside.

Swipe forward to
proceed.
STEP 11
Rename the Form
based on your
preferred form name
for saving.

Tap Save Form and Exit.

How to submit the collected data?
STEP 1
Tap Send Finalized
Form to open the
collected data.

Note: Internet
Connection is required
in sending forms.
STEP 2
Tap to check the box
after the name of all
forms you want to send
to server.

Then Tap Send

Selected button below
to send all forms.
STEP 2

If the application
requires you to submit
authentication. Just
Tap OK to continue.
STEP 2

If sending of forms
were successfully sent.
The upload results will
pop-up as shown in the
image.
