 The building type of Gini & Jony Ltd, Baddi unit is of
frame structure type.
 It is made up of reinforced concrete cement.
 It is 3 storey building with floor space of 10765 sq feet

each.
 The height of the ceiling is 14 feet.
 It has canteen on the roof top with the shed of green

PVC.
 It is of simple type.
 The building is east facing.
 The entry is on the right side and exit on the left side.
 Set backs on the right side is of 15 feet and on the left

side 10 feet.
 At backside it was 7 feet and at the front it is 15 feet.
 Plantation is on the outside of boundary wall on the

south east side.

 And some plantation is in the inside of the boundary

wall at the front.

 On the top floor and ground floor, i.e. production floor
and finishing floor respectively, there are 14 windows
each.
 Out of 14, 4 are not openable. They are for lighting

purpose.
 Dimension of the windows is 3.5 m X 1.9 m.
 There are 4 exhaust on both the floors.
 In the basement, it has windows on the side walls 2
feet above the ground level.
 All the windows were open able.
 That means they were used both for lighting and

ventilation.
 There are 6 exhaust fans in the basement.
 There were no windows in the store.
 The structure consist of 16 pillars on the basic
structure of the building.
 It has 4 supporting pillars in between.
 All the pillars are connected through beams.
 The floor is made up of simple Kota stone.
 For material flow, bins are used.
 Aisle space is 1.3 metre.
