causes of rheumatic aches
1.Less moving and exercising: Activities and exercise to train our
muscles to become strong. If we lack activity / exercise then the
muscles automatically become weak. As a result we are relatively
susceptible to aches.
2. Wrong everyday body attitude: For example, sitting bent,
carrying heavy loads with just one shoulder, doing repetitive
movements throughout the day (such as typing a computer
all day).

3. Activities that are too heavy: Muscles need to be prepared


before exercise or activity by doing a warm-up motion. If not, the
muscles get an excessive burden so that sore pains can appear.
Likewise, if we do activities that are too heavy or unusual to do.
In the end, we are more susceptible to injuries such as
miscarriages / sprains.
