their community who are sick or injured. In one hour’s time, a person can donate
one unit of blood that can be separated into four individual components that could
help save multiple lives.The amount of blood lost can be retrieved in few seconds
to minutes and thereby it will not affect any person to donate the blood.

Health benefits of donating blood include good health and reduced risk of
cancer and hemochromatosis. It helps in reducing the risk of damage to liver
and pancreas. Donating blood may help in improving cardiovascular health and
reducing obesity.Blood is the most precious gift that anyone can give to another
person — the gift of life. A decision to donate your blood can save a life, or even
several if your blood is separated into its components — red cells, platelets and
plasma — which can be used individually for patients with specific conditions.
About and Withheld of the Project:
This project signifies to donate blood who needs to an utmost
urgency and requirement.It basically connects across the globe
as the blood donated by a person can be used in nearby
location for the patients who require it in emergency.

This project is based on web application. The pain points

for building this project is that it helps the user to donate its
blood as he/she can update his/her location and biodata in our
website.

Workflow of the Project:
● This project consist of one page i.e information regarding the donor which consist about
the name, mobile number,email- id, age, gender, blood group, message/comment by the
donor. The donor can register him/her by filling this webpage. The user can share his/her
biodata safely as it has its security enhancement and is used for an emergency purpose
for the other acceptor who is in need.
● The second page consist of searching a donor which signifies about the blood group and
its location.This helps the donor to be more specific with the blood donated.
● The third page signifies about if the user wants to ask any frequent questions and the
queries regarding blood donation. This section provides an enhanced clarification because
it pre-visualises the user to know his/her whereabout and the donation part.It is a page to
help and solve the doubts and queries of the donor.
Admin page:
This page solely helps the admin to register oneself by username and password .
the admin can update the password if required.The admin will have the ability to
add new blood groups if required.
The admin page also contains of a dashboard that consists of listed blood
groups,registered blood groups and total queries.The admin will have idea of all
that is happening in the website.
Here,the blood groups that have been donated are managed and it consists of a
detailed list of blood groups and their usage and also the date it was donated.
