The juice junction chain that we are setting

up is a part of the Juice Junction of
Bangalore which was first established in
1977 and now the company is gradually
spreading its business across the country.
A small sized unit, at its initial stage which
can be expanded to a medium sized unit
with time.
The venture will be focused on the
Local Market mainly as it is a new
concept and there are not many
known competitors. This venture can
only expand to national competitions
with time and not international.

 At the initial start, only 2 workers will be
employed. They will be employed on the basis of
their previous work experience.

 The payment in order system will be followed.

 At the reception, we will be handling the orders

and accounts of the business.
We will be taking an amount of Rs.2 lakhs
loan from Axis Bank. It is providing us with an
interest of 14% per annum.

3 reasons for choosing a private bank over a

public bank:
 Loans are easier to be obtained.
 Less formalities needed.
 Loan sanction takes only few days.
For monthly project implementation,
AXIS BANK is providing Rs.2,00,000 loan in 14%
interest per annum.
Rs.2,00,000 * 14/100 = Rs.28,000
Loan to be paid in 5 years = 2,00,000/60 = Rs.3,333
(as a Principle amount per month)
Loan to be paid in a year = 28,000/12 = Rs.2,333 (as
an Interest per month)
Therefore, Rs.3,333 + Rs.2,333 = Rs.5,666 per
month.
Sales = Rs.5,000 (per day)
Worker Cost = 166*2 = Rs.332 (per day)
Fruits = Rs.3000
Miscellaneous Charge = Rs.668
Profit = Rs.5000 – (332+3000+668) = Rs.1000
per day
Fruits Rs.3000
Disposable Items (Per Day) Rs. 100
Worker Charge (Per Day) Rs. 332 = 166*2
Electricity Bills (Per Month) Rs. 2000
Rent (Per Month) Rs. 5000
Bank Interest (Per Month) Rs. 5666
Transportation Charge Rs. 200
Returns (Deposit Money) Rs. 50,000
Furniture Parts Rs. 25,000
Wood Rs. 20,000
Salary of Labour (Wages) Rs. 15,000
Electricity Charge Rs. 20,000
Fridge Rs. 10,300
Mixer & Juicer Grinders Rs. 3,000
Air Conditioner Rs. 40,000
Miscelleneous Charge Rs. 16,700
Total Cost Rs. 2,00,000
Workers 5OOO*2 = Rs. 10,000
per month
General Managers 10,000*2 = Rs. 20,000
per month
