All ICT participants should focus on carrying out their duties efficiently so as to
enhance enabling environment for ICT
ICT operators should employed feedback mechanisms by which they can assess their
inputs so as to identify areas of weaknesses and strengths
Obsolete skills, out-of-touch and old fashion technologies should be abolished and
embraced latest technologies
Focus should be on effective strategies that can provide on solutions to human,
social, political, health, business problems
ICT should be engaged more in classrooms activities and not only computer
laboratories
Sufficient bandwidth higher than 2G, 3G and 4G supported devices should be
introduced so as to enhance faster data transfer
Genuine and legal use of ICT must be ensured so as to appropriate its advantage in
orders not to stall national development.
for ICTs to enhance national development, corruption must be dealt with at all
quarters.
