Guidelines for Project Team

• Lateral Entry Trigger

• Please make sure , project team(Who create a Lateral entry) should create a Lateral entry in advance to avoid
delay in work.
Note: Currently Due to lateral entry not started , QSSV WO not available in system.

• Lateral entry will be Trigger only for below condition site

• Milestone (Stage)- RFI-B
• Type : Offline
• You can check below status from system , Please download this report.

How we can check Lateral entry done in siteforge or not?

• Login in Siteforge and click on Project Tab

• Apply Filter for below project and download the sheet or search individual
site.
• If site is available then Project is triggered.
 Guidelines for QSSV
• Work Order
• If Work order not available, then please contact to project team.
Note: Please don’t wait till last moment to avoid any delay.
• DT Route & Approval
• Please create a DT route and approve asap once WO triggered for QSSV. Project Manager will get the email once
work order start.

• DT Engineer Assignment
• Assignment of Drive test engineer will be done only after Integration will be completed in Siteforge by NCM team.
• Process: Lateral Entry Trigger (Project)->RFI Document Upload(Project)->eNB Installation (Vendor) ->eNB
commissioning(Vendor)->eNB integration (NCM)
• Drive Test
Note : Before starting any drive , drive handset setting should be English.
• DT Report Generation
• In Drive test , no log file uploaded separately then no issue in Report generation.
• In SSV Drive, if you perform re-drive and upload some recipe from first drive then please download the log file and
try to extract the zip file. If zip file extracted properly then only upload that file.

Note: If incomplete downloaded file uploaded in system then report will not be generated by system.
