Hypothesis

 Hypothesis I:
 There is an overall increased concern for climate change over
time in EU public opinion. However, I expect there to be less
concern during times of recession or austerity.

 There is more support for climate change action in countries with
strong economies that are less reliant on fossil fuel for energy.
