your memory and then attempt the Case Study and the questions given
in the subsequent slides.
You can work in pairs for this activity.
Stakeholders Analysis & Conflict
Refer to the scenarios below:
Activity: Go through the following scenarios (work in pairs)
For each of the situations below, choose 2 stakeholders who would support it and two who
would object to it. State your reasons briefly:
1) The local park is to be redeveloped to create business outlets for small shops and
retailers. This will reduce the green space in the park by 25%
2) A supermarket changes its opening time to 24hours a day
3) A local shop closes down because of poor trade
4) A local restaurant now delivers takeaway meals to the local area.
