He is a doctor and has no other complaint.

Ideal body weight---- 60 kg


Present body weight---72 kg.

Total calories prescribed:
Present body wt. X 25 kcal
= 1800 - 500
= 1300 kcal/day.
Total CHO required:
70% of total cal.
= 227 gm.
Total protein required:
1.5 gm/ kg present body wt.
= 72 gm.

Lunch: 2 chapati / 1 bhakari / 4 phulka


1 katori rice ( 30 gm uncooked )
1 katori dal ( 15 gm uncooked )
1 katori salads ( with or without curds )
1 katori vegetable ( with less oil
Snacks: 1 whole fruit ( as per list ) / 1 katori puffed rice bhel / 2
dhoklas / 2 khakara.

Dinner : same as lunch. ( Avoid taking rice )

Tips :
 Do exercise daily for at least 30 min.
 Eat on time & in relaxed atmosphere.
 Do not skip breakfast.
 Have dinner 2 hours before sleep.
 Have more of fruits, salads & water.
 Take at least 6 hours sleep daily.
