Opportunities; Recognizing Aspirations
and Results through PTA
S.O.A.R. Analysis: Identifying Aspects of PTA

1. Form a group.
2. Each group shall assign a Leader, Documenter and
Presenter.
3. Each group shall have time to discuss matters
based on the guide questions.
4. The group shall record the highlights of their
discussion using the documentation template.
5. Each group will have time to present their outputs
through a PowerPoint Presentation.

Guide Questions:
1. What are our determined strengths?
• What are we doing well and what are we known for?
• What makes us unique?
• What are our greatest accomplishments?
2. What are our possible empowering opportunities?
• How can we reframe perceived challenges as an
advantage?
• What new skills do we need to address the needs of
our schools and learners?
• What factors or initiatives would lead to greater
accomplishments?

3. What are our aligned aspirations?
• What are our visions, mission, and objectives?
• How can our passion make a difference?
• What strategies and initiatives would support our goals?

• What measurable indicators would determine our
success?
• What are the resources needed to implement our vital
goal?
• What are the best rewards to support the
accomplishments of PTAs?
