• Opening of Quikr offline stores for some of the sub-brands such as Quikr Auto, which leads to much more visibility and
provides an option for the sellers to advertise their product in the store against a nominal fee.
• Building strong workforce consisting of sales specialists who unequivocally understand and respond to customer
grievances and provide resolution
