SHRIRAM CITY UNION FINANCE LIMITED
PARABOLIC SAR

(Source: in.investing.com; Monthly chart Date: 2/7/19)

Interpretation
• As per data collected on 2 July 2019, the Parabolic SAR dots above each
candle stick are in downward trend.
• It is inferred that Shriram City Union Finance Limited is showing bearish
confirmation in the Parabolic SAR chart.
• The stock goes in a downward trend for the past 4 months. This shows that
the stock will further decrease in next month.
• So it is not suitable for the long term investors to buy the stock.
BAJAJ FINSERV LIMITED
MACD

(Source: in.investing.com; Monthly chart Date: 2/7/19)

Interpretation
• According to the graph in MACD Blue line is increasing
• The blue line has cut the Redline. This gives a green signal to buy the stocks
• The investors will get good return if they invest in Bajaj Finserv stocks this
month.
INDIABULLS HOUSING FINANCE LTD
RSI

(Source: in.investing.com; Monthly chart Date: 2/7/19)

Interpretation
• RSI line is below the resistance line for the past one year.
• The RSI line is at very low level below the resistance line.
• It’ll take further long time period for the RSI line to cut the resistance line.
• So buying stocks at this time will be a bad idea.
• It’s better to sell the stocks and wait till a positive signal comes.
INDUSIND BANK LIMITED
ATR

(Source: in.investing.com; Monthly chart Date: 2/7/19)

Interpretation
• From ATR chart we can conclude that IndusInd Bank Stocks are highly
volatile
• Because there is large margin difference in the price of the shares and the
volume.
• Since there is a large difference in price of the shares the risk is very high thus
it makes the stock highly volatile in nature.
• Also the chart is in downward trend it is not advisable for the stocks to buy.
KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK LTD
FIBONACCI RETRENCHMENT

(Source: in.investing.com; Monthly chart Date: 2/7/19)

Interpretation
• When Fibonacci Retrenchment is drawn the 0.5 Fibonacci number is at 1246
so the stop loss is advised to fix there.
• Similarly Fibonacci number ends at 1595 so it can be fixed as Target.
• Thus from Fibonacci Retrenchment we can conclude that stop loss can be
set at 1246 and target can be fixed at 1595.
• Kotak Mahindra shares are in upward trend so it is a good opportunity for the
long term investors to gain profit from this stock
