THEME:
Unseen Creatures in San Narciso

RULES AND GUIDELINES
• Open to all individuals and groups residing
in San Narciso
• Shacks are to be built on any safe and
accessible location within the following
dimensions: 16sqm (4m x 4m)

• Design and concept must adhere to the


theme
• Use of indigenous and recyclable materials
are highly encouraged.
RULES AND GUIDELINES
• Use of ready-made decorations and
plastic will NOT be allowed
• Human props will be limited to 3-5
individuals only with a strictly 5-minute
presentation during the judging period.

• The shack must have the ability to stand out


on its own without relying much on human
props or presentation.
• Use of lights, sound, smoke and other effects
are permitted.
RULES AND GUIDELINES
• The participants are held liable for the
security and cleanliness of their respective
areas and props.

• All designs and decorations should be


finalized by October 31. Alterations or
modifications thereafter are strictly
prohibited.

• Any violation of the above mentioned


guidelines, shall be a ground for point
deduction or disqualification depending on
the severity.
FLORAL & TRADITIONAL
THEME:
Floral decorations that depict Ilocano
beliefs on atonement and life after
death, practices on remembering their
departed
The following should be incorporated in the
theme and design
• Atang
• Lualo ti minatayan
• Kuyang-kuyang
• Panniki
