studying the connection between negative
emotions (depression, anxiety, stress, etc.)
and health
 In 2005, two prominent health psychologists
counted the number of studies of happiness
and health that had been done up until that
time
 They found that the number of studies that
dealt with negative emotions out numbered
those involving positive emotions by roughly
20 to 1
