 Research question: How satisfied are students with their studies?

Qualitative research approach

You conduct in-depth interviews with 15 students and ask
them open-ended questions such as:

How satisfied are you with your studies?

What is the most positive aspect of your study program?
What can be done to improve the study program?
Scenario:

You’re a new restaurant owner. Your restaurant has

been open for several weeks, and so far, it looks like
your customers enjoy your restaurant. But you want
more information. You want to get feedback from your
customers on their dining experience, specifically their
opinions on your food, service, and ambiance.
