Motivational Strategies
Motivational theory is tasked with discovering what drives
individuals to work towards a goal or outcome. Businesses are
interested in motivational theory because motivated individuals are more
productive, leading to more economic use of resources.

Using this theory, the management can address employee

problems by focusing on factors which give satisfaction as well as
dissatisfaction to the employees working in the company. The managers
can improve the working environment and conditions so that employees
feel motivated to work hard which in the long term will benefit the
company. This will be the guideline or a way in order to motivate the
employees once they are demotivated. Money is not the only primary
concern but also the employees. Good condition and improvements of
the employees is also a concern of the company. The management
wants also the safety and development of the employees. In this way,
the management can assure the elimination of demotivated employees
in the company.
