• Pulmo : Increase of vascular pattern at both lung, there is
lamellar sign at both lung
• Cor : Enlargement with CTR ± 65%, position normal
• Aorta : Elongation (-), dilation (-), calcification (-).
• Trachea : In the middle
• Costophrenicus D/S : D : sharp S : Covered by the opacity
• Hemidiapraghma D/S: D: dome shaped, S: Covered by the opacity
• Bones : Intact, there is no fracture, osteolytic nor osteoblastic
appearance.
• Soft tissue : Normal.

Conclusion:
• Pleural effusion bilateral
• Cardiomegaly
• Double lumen
• Congestive pulmonum

Age : 69 yo

• Cor : Shape, size increase with CTR ±62% and site normal
• Aorta : Elongation (-), dilation (-), calcification (+)
• Trachea : In the middle
• Pulmo : there is fibroinfiltrate with a multiple cavity and
calcification at the apex of the righ lung
• Costophrenicus angle D/S : sharp
• Hemidiaphragma D/S : dome shaped
• Bones : Intact, there is no fracture, osteolytic nor osteoblastic
appearance.
• Soft tissue : Normal

• Conclusion:
- TB dd pneumonia
- Cardiomegaly
- Aortasklerosis
