• Project area : 37000 sq. m ~ 9 acres
• Includes shops, food outlets, office building and
plazas.
• Topography : flat land
• Estimated footfall : 20,000.
Introduction:
Cyber hub is based on a unique concept that basically is
socialising zone which further has food and entertainment
at its core. However, it is the ambience that makes
cyberhub an unapparelled experience and acts an ideal
destination for art and culture exhibition.

areas next to residential areas but the quarters have tools
over these small areas by creating false fencing and
allocating the space.

purpose.
