• Project type: commercial
• Developers: DLF
• Project area : 37000 sq. m ~ 9 acres
• Includes shops, food outlets, office building and
plazas.
• Topography : flat land
• Estimated footfall : 20,000.
Introduction:
Cyber hub is based on a unique concept that basically is
socialising zone which further has food and entertainment
at its core. However, it is the ambience that makes
cyberhub an unapparelled experience and acts an ideal
destination for art and culture exhibition.

Cyberhub serves as a recreation area dlf phase 2 (majorly


cyber city) and a major sub city centre for Gurugram.
Location:
• The site is located in Gurugram and is mainly accessed
by national highway 8.
• Part of the central business district project (cyber city)

Regulations Chandigarh

1. Façade Control No there is no façade control on residential houses. There


are some set of bye laws followed in balconies but no
façade control.

2. Use of land In some places the land use proposed was open green
areas next to residential areas but the quarters have tools
over these small areas by creating false fencing and
allocating the space.

3. Fall architectural control It was for commercial and residential.

4. Control over arteries roads All the V4, V5, V6 roads were being used according to the
purpose.
5. Height restrictions
It was followed in residential buildings.
