    ICT IN THE CONTEXT OF GLOBAL COMMUNICATION

    Reflection:

    Second day of the school , I already learned interesting things about ICT. At first
    I was afraid that I won’t be able to cope up with the lesson because I had no
    interest in computers. But , I was wrong. Because of this lesson, I’ve able to
    learn a lot of new things about ICT and about those factors which is dependable
    on ICT. Not just that, I learned about the importance of ICT as well. The impact
    of technologies on our life and how do we use it on our daily life. By this lesson ,
    I realized a lot of things. Without internet I don’t think people can invent things. I
    don’t think they’ll be able to discover new things about the Earth. I don’t think we
    can be able to communicate that easily to people who’s far away from us. I don’t
    think we can reach the moon.
    The impact of technologies in our life is too strong. You can see it everywhere.
    Everyone on our generation uses it. We uses technologies most of the time. We
    waste a lot of time on technologies. Watching tv, chatting on someone through
    messenger and uploading videos or pictures on facebook. I cant imagine the
    world right now without technologies.
    First lesson that the teacher taught us, was about ‘8 FACTORS DEPENDING
    ON ICT’ like for example Health Services by that I mean the equipments that the
    Doctors uses. Not just that, Doctors and Nurses uses ICT for storing data as
    well. Media and Visual arts depends on ICT too, like making cartoons and even
    filming. Education, Science and Research, Telecommunication, Arts, design and
    Music, Commerce, Sports and many more! They all depending on ICT. Just by
    this, I could already see the importance of ICT on our life.
    After she discussed,I realized that technology is rampant. Its become part of our
    daily doings from communicating to searching for new ideas by using
    computers, cellphone and many more. Technology is a powerful weapon for all
    us, it won’t cause any harm if we uses it with discipline and for a good thing.
