 Usage of SF8 and SF16 after Multi RAB parameter tuning

After tuning “Upper limit of UL BE data rate in AMR services” and “Upper limit of DL BE data rate in AMR
services” from 8Kbps to 384Kbps usage of SF8 and SF16 increased significantly that causing poor TP for
HSDPA. HSDPA using SF16 and sharing factor is 4. So, with previous setting when CS call comes with PS
call one SF128 was used in addition to AMR service (SF128). But after change these parameters PS service
allowed upto PS384 thus SF8 and SF16 usage increased significantly. Which eventually reduced the code
capacity abruptly causing poor TP when busy hour comes.

Problem with IIG

HSDPA TP reduced and R99 TP increased but after roll back on 10th December HSDPA TP not increased to previous
level due to problem with IIG that resolved on 11th December and after then HSDPA TP again increased to previous level
