“COMPANY TOWN”
SITE:

• The site selected for the township is a heavily


wooded promontory jutting into wayalar lake.
• The site plan organises some 400 housing units
grouped in a clusters of twelve along the
pedestrian spine.
• Some parts of this spine is bridged to create
larger units and delineate public spaces.
• It also consists of a simple loop road which is
also used to reach the picnic spots near the lake.

• Small market near the entrance gate

• Dormitory for bachelor workers
