Temperature: Old edara building:
• The temperature ranges from a maximum of 37 °C (99 °F) to a minimum
of 29 °C (84 °F) during summer and a maximum of 26 °C (79 °F) to a
minimum of 20 °C (68 °F) during winter. Dindigul receives rainfall with an
average of 812 mm (32.0 in) annually.
• The South west monsoon onset is in June and lasting up to August, brings
scanty rainfall.
• Bulk of the rainfall is received during the North East monsoon in the
months of October, November and December.
