Mark your existence


Spandan , is a Marathi word that signifies heartbeat. Thus we increase the
same in you with the level of enthusiasm and delight in the festival

This year we bring in front of you a whole new level


of amusement and gratification . Rest assured that you
wont regret your visit to our campus. We gladly
welcome you to Spandan .

 Apart from the highly experienced management and college


staff, we have power of more than 10000 students backing us
having expertise in various fields of art, technology, media and
finance .

 20,000 to 25,000 students attending the fest from the upper


cream colleges from all over the city have expanded our reach .

 Your products need not hunt for the perfect consumers as we


bring them in together for you.

 We believe in no direct selling and thus present the same


opportunity to you.

The criterion for becoming the grandmaster is minimum sponsorship of an amount greater
than 75% of the total budget of Spandan. (Tentative budget : 6,00,000 – 8,00,000)

Privileges :
Two large banners on center stage and 8 small across the campus.

Name and logo on the brochures.


Logo on all official documents including store sheets, certificates, files, score boards ,

itinerary, etc.

Logo on invitation cards , entry passes, proof of participation.


Mention in all publicity campaigns including print media, radio and television.

Chance
 to have your own tailor made informal event for which you can give any prize you
deem fit.
Co-Sponsor
The criterion for becoming the brotherhood is minimum sponsorship
of an amount greater than 50% of the total budget of Spandan.
( Tentative budget : 6,00,000 – 8,00,000.)

Privileges :
 One large banner on center stage and 6 across campus.
 Name and logo on the brochures, which are to be sent all
prospective colleges.
 Logo on all official documents.
 Special mention in all our official announcements during events.
 Mention in all publicity campaigns including print media and radio.
Events Sponsor
Your sponsorship for a specific event can fetch you this title. The
sponsorship for this title varies between 10%- 35% of the total
budget of Spandan 2011.

Privileges:
 One large banner at the venue of sponsored event and four across
campus.
 Name and logo for the brochures.
 Logo on official documents.
 Special mention in our official announcements.
 Mention in all publicity campaigns including print media.
Banners, stalls and
workshops
 We appreciate any kind of courtesy from your side. You can appreciate
our event even through hiring banners, stalls and conducting workshops.

 Due to limited availability of space the number of stalls is limited. So


please confirm it as soon as possible. The size of the stall will be 4ft X
6ft.

There are three sizes for banner:


 Small
 Large
 Gate

Workshops will be charged on hourly basis. The classrooms will be


provided for the same. Two volunteers can be arranged on demand.
Terms and conditions
 80% or more of the amount should be clear before and the rest
amount should be cleared before the day of event.

 The logo size will be decided by us. You may ask the marketing
personnel about more details.

 You can visit the venue for the details of location.


 All the banners will be provided by your side in appropriate sizes.

 The positions of the banners and stalls will be decided by us.

 Sponsoring the event and buying the event are two different things.

 Stall size – 8X10

 Banner size – 4X6

 Small banner – 4X3 – 10,000

 Large banner- 6X3 – 18,000

 Gate banner – 25,000
