Summary

Katherina bought an old brooch and she did not know that
old brooch worth RM10,000. She sold them to Katty, and
Katty who knows the value of the old brooch, offer
$3,000 to Banupriya and she agree to accept the offer.
However, there is no proper communication when they
are having the agreement, some misunderstanding
between them about the terms of $ whether it is in SGD or
USD. Banupriya which insist that the agreement that they
were dealt on it is in SGD terms and saying that Katty is
having breach of contract when she request for 3,000
USD.
