SEMANTIC PROBLEMS
This may be due to language, signs, symbols, or signals.
The message is affected by a number factors like
The similarity of past experience of the sender and the
receiver
The environment in which the communication take
place
The degree of abstractness of the symbols used
The complexity of the phrases used
PSYCHOLOGICAL PROBLEMS
Acceptance of a communication by the receiver is a
psychological phenomenon. It is affected by factors like:

Age
Sex
Educational levels
Economic level
Regional differences
Personality factors
