AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
To determine the level of satisfaction of banking employees on their intrinsic
rewards.

DISCUSSION

 This study provides insights into some of the factors that have an important effect
in explaining the variation in describing job satisfaction of teaching staff. The
mean for teaching staff was 2.35 and for the nonteaching staff it was 3.05. Job
satisfaction of teaching staff was less comparable to non-teaching staff. On both
extrinsic and intrinsic factors the non-teaching participant appeared to be
satisfied.
