• Location Authority Visits clients Office for inspection, Client SPOC /
responsible person would attend them with basic courtesy and would
inform to Megasoft SPOC and Client HO about officer’s area of queries
along with name and designation of the official visited.
Step - 2
• Megasoft team would request to respective inspection authority to adjourn
the date of inspection and onsite SPOC will appear before officer/ authority
along-with requisite details/records for smoother closure of inspection.
Step -3
• Megasoft Team would close the inspection with synchronized
coordination with local authority & Client Admin office and would update to
client on closure/ status.
