 Been inside the bar . Made basic mock tails
and cocktails ( freshlime-soda,espresso
martini). Food pickup from the kitchen.
 Done service of food at guest tables .

 Laying and re-laying table-cloths.
 Conducted the procedure of opening and
closing of the restaurant.
Tasks performed(OPEN 24/7 )
 Tray and trolley setup.
 Food pickup from the café kitchen. Floor
round
 Service of food to the guestrooms. Clearance
of trays and trolleys from guestrooms
 Stacking of goods from the store: sugar
sachets, preserves, ketchup, pickles. Glass
and cutlery wiping.
 All day dining restaurant . Sushi is served
from 12:30pm till11:30 pm.
 Seating capacity 68
 Serves world cuisine with distinctive
creativity . The restaurant also serves
European, Asian and Indian specialty
along with Sashimi and Maki rolls.
 The primary restaurant for the guests who
want their complementary breakfast.

 Food pickup from the kitchen.
 Doing daily setup of the restaurant. Doing
store pickups . Use of micros
 Arranging of wines inside Enoteca.
 Wiping of cutlery and glasses.
 Opening and closing of the restaurant.
 Handling breakfast service(when house
count >200).
 F.O. –Helps in getting more customers to the
different outlets.
 KITCHEN –Provides the most important thing
that is the food that the guests had ordered.
Moves hand in hand with the service team.
 HOUSEKEEPING– Maintains the hygiene of
the food outlets and helps in keeping the area
clean enough to match the Oberoi standards.
