Small city within city “Central City"

■ Central City as multicultural space

Central City with a gross floor area of 330,000 square meter is located in a major business district of in Banpo-dong, Seocho-gu. Seoul. Under the
concept of “Small City within City,” Central City is geared to function as a complete city possessing cultural, accommodation, and public facilities itself.

The moving population in Central City embrace “JW Marriott Hotel,” the biggest hotel chain in the world, “Shinsegae Department Store,” the new high-
class shopping space to Gangnam area, “Marquis Fitness Club,” one of nation’s largest fitness centers run by JW Marriott Hotel, “Megabox,” an
advanced style of multiplex, and “Millennium Hall,” a large-scale convention center where lots of international events are held and over 3,000 people can
be accommodated. Central City is a complex life cultural facility with the cutting edge amenities mentioned above and green space.
 Multicultural space “Central City"

■ The main gateway that leads travelers to and from Seoul city: destinations include Gwangju , Honam, Daejeon, etc.
Central City Terminal is the largest gateway to Seoul, with express buses of 72 lines operating over 1,000 times a day to/from Gwangju, North and
South Jeolla Province, Daejeon, North and South Chungcheong Province, Chuncheon, Gangwon Province, and North Gyeongsang Province including
Yeongju, Andong, and Yecheon. Without a doubt, it is an excellent place for local marketing activities, directly influencing all types of audiences to form
a favorable relationship and purchasing intention by visually exposing brand/products via various media.

■ Terminal with no. 1 moving population in Korea

Moving population in Central City is 170,000 people a day, 300,000 people a weekend day, and residence population is 10,000 people. It’s linked to
subway line 3, 7, and 9.

Famille Station, opened in 2014, was developed to work as both a passenger terminal, and a multicultural space for family unit customers.
