System Architecture
Hardware Configuration
Redundancy Parameter
Create New Project

Click on New Project


Then following window will appear ….
Create Function Block
Write program
Define local variables
To call function block in scan program
click F10. Then following window will
appear. Click on <New PLC> test OK
After inserting f/b give the respective
input & output addresses as shown
below
Network Manager Settings
.Click on Tools Network Manager
.Then following window will open….
.Click on File New file
.Make following settings….
. Right click on Base00 Add module…
. Select type FEnet & click OK
. Make following settings….
. Similarly add another FEnet module & make same
settings with different IP Address.
GO ONLINE using USB cable
.Click on Online Connection Settings…
.Select type USB Connect…
.Click on Online Write Parameters…
.Click on Online Reset Reset PLC…
.Click on Online Connection Settings…
.Select type Ethernet Settings… Scan IP
select IP
OK Connect…
This will connect your PC to PLC.
Online Editing
. Click on Online Start Online Editing
. Make your changes in logic then…
. Click on Online Write Modified Program…
. Click on Online End Online editing…

Online Address Monitoring


. Click on Monitor Address Monitoring
. Following window will open & you can monitor all addresses.
Online System Monitoring
. Click on Monitor System Monitoring
. Following window will open then double click on module ,
this will show module information as shown below:
Online Module Changing
. Click on Online Module Changing Wizard
Yes
. Select Base & module which has to replace
. Then click Next
Then following window will appear.
Remove the selected module from base n click Next
.Then following window will appear.
.Install req. module to Base & click Next
.Clock Finish
Online Base Changing
. Click on Online Base Changing Wizard Yes
. Select Base.
. Then click Next
.Then following window will appear.
. Detach cable connected to base & change base.
. Click Next
.Then following window will appear.
.Install new base.
.Click Next
. Click Finish
Remove fault Mask
.Click on Online Fault Mask…
.Check on Show Existing Base only.
.Select base as shown below & click on OK.
Simulator
Using simulator you can test your logic Offline.
To start Simulator click on simulator symbol as shown below…
