What is Teenage Social Issue?
• A teenage social issue is a problem that influences many
teenagers as well as other adults within a society. A teenage social
issue has a myriad of categories in depth as well as light. There
are several cases that can be categorise as a social issue,which are
Drugs and Alcohol,Teen Pregnancy,Cyberbullying,along with
Eating Disorder.

alcohol.

• Sexual abstinence ( Sexual abstinence is not
doing ANY kind of sexual activities with another
person)
• Parents have to pay more attention to their kids
(including advices about life)

• Always report any cyberbullying taking place to

DISORDERS.
• Share the dangers of dieting and emotional
eating
• Promote a healthy body image.
• Reminding teens that love and acceptance is
unconditional — not based on his or her weight
or appearance.
• Encourage teens to talk to loved ones, friends or
a counselor about problems he or she might be
facing that prevents them from eating.

are still girls aged 15-19 years
old.

Statistics 2014,the average
global birth late among 15-19
years old is 49 per 1000
girls,whereas country rates
range from 1 t0 299 births per
1000 girls.

32 percent of teens have been
victims of some type of
cyberbullying. Nearly a decade
later,a 2016 study by the
Cyberbullying Research Center
found those numbers were
almost unchanged.

disorders,statistics estimated
by the National Eating
Disorder Association in the
USA up to 30 million people
suffer from an eating disorder
such as anorexia nervosa and
bullimia nervosa.
